Travel Insurance Overview

nigeria logo

Shortly after Nigeria’s independence, diplomatic relations were established between it and Canada. Nigeria and Canada relate in terms of education, trade, investment, development, and human assistance.

As a matter of fact, over 10,000 Nigerian students travelled to Canada to study in 2017. This has made Nigeria an important source of international students for Canada in sub-Saharan Africa.

Canadians visit Nigeria for various purposes including trade, tourism, and business. Your provincial plan may not be sufficient to cover you when you travel outside of Canada to Nigeria. In other words, you need to have additional coverage or Nigeria travel insurance plan in place before you travel.
